Our Story
In 2005, we left New Zealand to pursue our dream of living on a tropical island. With the blessing of our grandparents & parents, custodians of the island, our journey began.
As land that has been in our family for generations it was an honour for us to have the opportunity to build our home here in the Yasawas.
Memories of holidays, family gatherings, building both grandparents and parents first homes on an island, became the inspiration to building our very own.
The steel structural frames for our Natabe home were built in Auckland by Col and his dad, shipped to Fiji, and then barged to the island – an 8 month project in itself.
In 2012 our dream of a tropical retreat was a reality. Before long we realized we had to share the beauty of our home, and to open it as a B&B for discerning travelers was the only natural step to take.
